​The agency Connect Minds executes the CEE Strategic Shared Services Conference at the Sofitel Budapest Chain Bridge Hotel. We are invited to visit the conference and see how Connect Minds prepare for the conference. We will also get a presentation from Connect Minds regarding the conference and their agency. Connect Minds is a integrated event, marketing and design start-up. This is an amazing opportunity to experience Connect Minds work with a huge international conference and also to visit the 5-star Sofitel Bridge Hotel
We love Budapest 26/04 (11:00-12:00)
We Love Budapest is the DMO from Budapest, taking care of the marketing of Budapest as a tourism destination. They will show us their working facilities and will give us background information about Budapest as a tourism destination and will talk about their tasks and work.

Budapest Sport Arena 26/04 (14:00-16:00)
We will visit Budapest Sportarena, a multi-purpose indoor arena in Budapes. Wet will get a presentation in their VIP lounge and afterwards we will go for a venue inspection.

How to get there:
Take M2 (red line) metro at Deák tér (the end of Király utca is next to Deák tér) and come to Puskás Ferenc Stadion.
The entrance to the venue’s office area is accessible from Stefánia út, so it’s a few minutes
walk to get around the venue.
